Having problems logging in?
Q: I have forgotten my username and password, how can I retreive these?
A: You may enter the email you registered with to retrieve your details. Please follow this link to retrieve your details.
Q: Why are my username and password not being accepted?
A: Check you are using your login details for the TCF Planning Tool that were emailed to you when you registered. Your normal logins for the Sesame website will not work.
Q: Why haven't I received my welcome email detailing my personal login details?
A: Sometimes emails can be blocked by your email system. Please email us at compliancehelpdesk@sesame.co.uk we will be able to provide you with your login details.
Q: I've received my personal login details but they're not working
A: Both the login and password are case sensitive. Please ensure that you are correctly entering them. Are you entering a '0' (Zero) rather than a 'O' (capital o) or a 'I' (capital i) rather than a 'l' (lower case L) or a '1' (one)?
If you still have problems, try cutting and pasting your login details from your TCF Planning Tool welcome email. Ensure that you don't accidentally paste a space before or after your username/ password.
